San Diego State University, 加州州立大学里的旗舰学校。位于海边城市San Diego. 学校在山坡上，长年阳光明媚。总共4万学生，有7大学院：教育，科学，职业学习，艺术，人文，工程，健康和Human Services。
心理学和教育技术学领域非常著名的John Keller就在该校供职，美籍华人学者王敏娟教授也在这里工作，Webquest的发明人 Bernie Dodge 教授也在这里工作。

申请SDSU有三种途径：
1）高中毕业直接申请。请访问：SDSU录取过程和标准
2）申请上美语学校(American Language Institute)。学习期间通过TOEFL考试，就可申请转学。这个program叫做 English for Academic Purposes.
申请时间：本科：10月1到11月30； 研究生10月1开始，各个专业截至期不同。
3)从别的学校（比如美国社区大学）转学过来。
Freshman applicants:
Submit the CSUMentor application and $55 fee during the October 1–November 30 filing period. 上网申请。
Take the SAT or ACT by the November test date and request the electronic scores be sent to SDSU. 11月参加SAT或者ACT考试，把分数电子寄送到SDSU.
Admission is based on self-reported data, so we do not need your transcripts until after you are admitted. 录取后才需要你的正式成绩单。
Graduate applicants:
Application processes and timelines vary by program, so please review the Graduate Admissions website.
Transfer applicants:
Submit the CSUMentor application and $55 fee during the October 1–November 30 filing period.
Complete the Supplemental Application in your SDSU WebPortal account between December and January.
Nursing majors: You must also submit a School of Nursing application (not the Supplemental Application).
