中小学教师持续使用生成式人工智能意愿及其影响因素研究

研究概述
随着科技发展，生成式人工智能（GenAI）在中小学教育领域有诸多潜在应用，但教师采纳程度不一。本研究基于相关理论模型，旨在剖析中小学教师持续使用该技术的意愿及多元影响因素。通过与一线教师及技术方合作调研，我们期望探寻学校支持氛围、教育政策导向等多维因素对教师抉择的潜在影响，助力教师提升教学效果、转变教学理念、增强数字素养，展现教师在新技术浪潮下的适应与发展路径。

研究团队
项目负责人：黄青虹
黄青虹，女，现代教育技术硕士，华南师范大学未来教育研究中心成员，参与多项省级、国家级课题。
主要研究方向为：技术支持的教师专业发展、智能技术支持的教与学。
项目成员：焦建利
焦建利，男，教育学博士，教育技术学教授，华南师范大学教育信息技术学院教育技术学博士研究生导师，未来教育研究中心主任，终身学习者，教育自媒体人。
主要研究兴趣：教育技术学基本理论、智能技术支持的教与学、技术支持的教师专业发展、在线学习等。

第一阶段（2024.12~2025.01）：研究设计与专家深度咨询
第二阶段（2025.01~2025.04）：研究预测试与信效度验证
第三阶段（2025.04~2025.08 ）：研究优化验证（问卷大范围发放，深度访谈，课堂观察）
第四阶段（2025.08~2025.11）：研究分析与成果提炼
*截止2025年4月，依托广州市51所中小学老师提供的丰富数据资源，研究团队顺利完成第二阶段的研究预测试与信效度验证工作。
