Stephen Downes纵论可持续OERs的模型

                      

          Stephen Downes在2006年1月30日的一篇博贴中，发表了题为《可持续开放教育资源的模型》（Models for Sustainable Open Educational Resources）一文。这篇文章后来发表在《知识与学习对象的跨学科杂志》（Interdisciplinary Journal of Knowledge and Learning Objects）2007年第3期上。

          在这篇文章中，Stephen Downes先是从开放教育资源的意义入手，接着讨论了“资源”（Resources）、“开放”（Open）、“可持续”（Sustainable）三个核心概念；回顾了目前正在使用的捐赠模型（Endowment Model）、会员模式(Membership Model)、捐款模式(Donations Model)、转化模式（Conversion Model）、投稿者-付费模式（Contributor-Pay Model）、赞助者模式（Sponsorship Model）、机构模式（Institutional Model）、政府模式（Governmental Model）、伙伴与交换模式（Partnerships and Exchanges）等9种基金资助模式（Funding Models）；分析了“免费试用，本地化使用”（Free use, used locally）和“资源被下载、采纳以及反馈到系统资源库中修正和被其他人使用”（Resources are downloaded, adapted, and sent back to the system repository for vetting and potential use by others.）两种技术模式（Technical Models）；从内容的重用性（reusability）、许可证（license）、修改与采用（modification and adaptation）、提供者与消费者（Provider and consumer）、合作开发（Co-development）等几个方面，讨论了开放教育资源（OER）的内容模式问题；分析了社区模型（the Community Model）和自发模型（the Emergent Model）两种人员任用模型（Staffing Models）;最后分析了OERs的未来走向。

          这篇文章具有非常开阔的国际视野，很值得我们学习和仔细研究。
